Wheat germ is the embryo of a seed that will grow into an entire crop. Wheat germ is high in critical nutrients such as plant proteins, fibre, vitamins, phosphorus, zinc, iron, selenium, and potassium, as well as fatty acids, all of which have been shown to benefit hair, skin, and general health.
